Farmington Organics Inc. intends to hire a master grower to manage the 44,000 sq ft. greenhouse and 6 outdoor acre property.

This individual will have multiple responsibilities including:

• Maintain all aspects of management in the grow facility
• Involved in the training and education of grow staff members
• Develop grow facility protocols, identify signs of complications and remedy them before they
  become more serious
• Understand and implement all MNDA and USDA hemp growing rules and regs.
• Ensure we are
  complaint with all required state rules and regs. If not complaint, notify management
  immediately.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures for all cultivation related processes
• Monitoring the progress of optional quality, health and yield of the plant
• Analyze each individual strain from clone to harvest
• Responsible for the care of all plants, including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, cropping,
  topping, flushing, defoliation, preventative sprays and waste disposal
• Prepare drying and curing facilities.
• Ensure they are in good operating condition when harvested
  crop is ready for drying and curing.
• Manage all garden needs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Maintain all required records according to organic standards
• Manage required breeding operations
• Be able to meet operating budgets
• Be able to meet production estimated in proforma.
• Keep up to date to regulation and compliance with local and state requirements

Skills/ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Master Grower experience growing cannabis/hemp in a large indoor/greenhouse
  facility
• Bachelor degree is a plus
• Knowledge with directing and managing staff
• Knowledge of organic practices and willingness to master them
• Knowledge in plant genetics and varieties
• Comprehensive knowledge of Sativa, Indica and Hybrid strains
• Expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects, plant treatment options as well as preventative measures against contamination, mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, etc.
• Experience in using LED Technology, Co2 controls, Irrigation systems and Climate controls
• Must be an organized person and perform manual labor tasks
• Weekly report on the overall wellness, nutrition and expenses
• Strong computer skills/ Industry recognized software/tracking systems
• Must pass all required background checks according to MNDA rules & regs
